A Plant Passport is added to each order in my shop. Sent orders are perfectly protected against damage.
In winter, a Heat-Pack is placed in each package. You can be sure that your plant will be transported in the best conditions.
Time and cost of delivery
The shipping cost is shown when placing the order.
The shipping cost includes:
1. Protection of plants
2. Fillers to protect the plant during transport
3. Thermal packaging (ThermoBox) - only for shipments in cold weather
4. Packaging (cardboard)
5. The cost of the selected carrier depends on the size of the package and the destination country.
Delivery time
Shipments are sent on Monday, and in the case of foreign packages on Monday.
The total order fulfillment time (including delivery) is 2-5 business days from the next Monday. The delivery time for foreign parcels may be longer due to the operation of courier companies.
